  • To treat all client and subject information with the up most confidentiality.

 

  • Find Investigations will act within all legislative and legal   boundaries.

 

  • Under no circumstances will an investigation be conducted that is of no legitimate purpose. 

 

  • Find Investigations conduct will be that of reducing harm,  preserving life and preventing crime.

 

  • If an individual over the age of 18 has intentionally gone     missing for whatever reason, Find Investigations will respect their right to privacy.

 

  • Find Investigations will work with all available agencies    national or international in relation to missing or abducted children.

 

  • Vulnerable persons, through disability or mental health, will be treated with dignity, respect and empathy and that their safety and wellbeing is considered.

 

  • If a conflict of interest arises during an investigation, the   investigator assigned to the matter will cease their work     immediately. All efforts will be taken to locate an alternative service to ensure the investigation continues and the client’s needs and instructions are fulfilled.

 

  • All work undertaken will not be misrepresented and   conducted with discretion in accordance with data protection legislation.

 

  •  Find Investigations will not discriminate or deny services  against sex, gender, religion, disability, ethnicity or nationality. All parties within an investigation will be treated with respect, courtesy and fairness.
